Wilson Bultron, 34, of North 10th Street, was dead on arrival Feb. 17 at 8 a.m. in the emergency room of St. Joseph Medical Center.
The cause of death is under investigation by the Berks County coroner's office.
Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, he was a son of Rafel Bultron, Puerto Rico, and Evangelina Echevarria, Reading.
He had been last employed as a butcher by Price Rite, Reading.
Bultron, who resided with Karen Hernandez, is also survived by a daughter, Maria I. Bultron, and a son, Wilson Jr., both of Reading.
Other survivors include a half sister, Jessica Hernandez, Tampa, Fla.; and six half brothers: Doily Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, Anthony Gonzalez, Antonio Gonzalez Jr. and Jonathan Gonzalez, all of Reading, and Elizer Perez, Somerset, Somerset County.
Also, there is his stepfather, Antonio Gonzalez, Reading.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery.
