William Ziegler

William W. Ziegler, 83, formerly of Reading, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 9:22 am in Berkshire Center. He was the husband of the late Barbara (Schmeck) Ziegler who passed away September 23, 1988. Born in Reading, Mr. Ziegler was the son of the late John J. Ziegler, Sr. and Anna Mae (Decker) Ziegler. He was truck driver for Ziegler Florists and Heck Bros. Florist. Mr. Ziegler is survived by his sister Margaret H. Allen, wife of Thomas P. Allen of Lower Alsace Township and brothers Allen L. Ziegler, husband of the late Gloria J. Ziegler of Reading and George R. Ziegler of Reading along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, 444 North 9th Street, Reading, Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 11:00 am. Reverend Kerry L. Hicks will officiate. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Tuesday 10:00-11:00 am.
