Viola Loose

Viola V. Loose, 83, of Exeter Township, passed away October 13, 2009 at 9:00 am in her residence. She was the wife of the late Walter C. Loose who passed away in 1980. Born in Etters, PA she was the daughter of the late Guy King and Mary(Lawyer) King Coyne. Mrs. Loose was a sewing machine operator for various hosiery mills in Berks County and a life time member of First ECC in Reading. She is survived by her sons, Walter R. husband of Cindy Loose of Demming, New Mexico, Guy E. Loose, Charles L. husband of Kathy Loose of Exeter Township and James C. husband of Carolyn Loose of West Lawn. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren along with her brother Benton Jackie Coyne of Mt. Penn and her longtime dear friend Lucille Warmkessel with whom she resided. Services from Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home 444 North 9th Street, Reading Friday at 12:30 pm. Rev. John P. Ragsdale officiating. Interment Berks County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday 11:30-12:30 pm.
