Victor Osorio

Victor Osorio, 88, of Reading, passed away May 15, 2010 at 9:23 AM in ManorCare Health Services in West Reading where he resided for 6 months. He was the husband of Francisa (Rivera) Osorio who passed away in 2005. Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico on June 15, 1921, he was the son of the late Antonio and Heraclia (Del Valle) Osorio. Mr. Osorio was employed at New York University Hospital, New York, NY for 25 years as a maintenance worker. He was a member of St. PeterA�a�a��s RCC, Reading. Surviving are 3 sons Alfonso Osorio, Gerardo Osorio and Ramon Osorio and 2 step daughters Carmen Gonzalez and Provi Gonzalez all of Reading, 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son Jesus Osorio. Services will be Wednesday at 10:00 AM in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, 444 N. 9th Street, Reading. Interment will be made in Charles Evans Cemetery.
