Vicki Robin Liebman, age 63, of Ephrata, Pa, passed away on Thursday morning, March 9, 2017.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the beloved daughter of the late Eleanor (Glass) Liebman. Vicki obtained her Bachelor's degree from Penn State University. She also was a Data Base Administrator at Capital Blue Cross for 25 years. Vicki was predeceased by her sisters Eileen A. Liebman and Lauri Liebman. She is survived by her beloved sister Marcia Liebman partner of Susan Satinsky; cousins Mark Jacoby; Marlene Zinn wife of Arlen Zinn; and Traci Hartog
