Services for Timothy J. Wawrzyniak, 40, of Cherry Street, who died Feb. 11 in Richmond Township, will be private. Private burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township.
Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
Wawrzyniak was pronounced dead at the scene of a two-vehicle crash along Route 662 at 3:28 p.m. by the Berks County coroner's office. The cause of death has been ruled accidental.
Born in Gastonia, N.C., he was a son of William Wawrzyniak, Pottsville, and Jean D. (Sequillace) Wawrzyniak, Reading.
Wawrzyniak had been employed for five years as a truck driver by Straka Foods, Reading.
He is also survived by two sons, Steven and Adam, and two daughters, Wendy and Tonya Wawrzyniak, all of Sinking Spring.
Other survivors include a sister, Susan (Wawrzyniak) Rice, Shillington; and three brothers, Dennis S. Wawrzyniak Sr. and Gary R. McAlvage, both of Reading, and Larry S. Wawrzyniak, Pottsville.
He was predeceased by a son, John.
