Thelma Auchenbach

Thelma A. Auchenbach, 91, formerly of Sinking Spring, died Nov. 28 in the Wyomissing Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Reading, where she had resided since August 2003.
Her husband, Ralph Auchenbach, died March 16, 1983.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late George and Annie (Maurer) Hill.
Auchenbach was the owner-operator of the Parkside Bakery, Reading, for 31 years, retiring in 1971.
She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Reading.
Surviving are several nieces.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. in St. Luke's Lutheran Church. Burial will be private in Schwarzwald Cemetery, Jacksonwald. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
