Sandra L. (Dayock) Harris, 79 of Reading, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at St.Joseph Medical Center. Born in Nuremberg, PA, she was the daughter of the late George Dayock, Mary (Foose) Kaszmetskie and stepfather John Kaszmetskie. Sandra graduated from Daniel Boone High School in 1962, and spent the majority of her career in education, retiring as an Administrator for Reading School District.
Sandra was a strong, spirited woman who loved her family fiercely and cherished every moment spent with her daughter & grandchildren, as they were her life, her heart, and her soul. She will be missed dearly, and her absence will always be palpable, but so will her spirit, her presence, and her memory.
Sandra is survived by her daughter Lisa, grandchildren Savannah & Nieco, siblings Mary-Margaret “Peggy,” Georgina, Anne, Tom, and John, as well as her dear friend turned family, Sandy High. She is predeceased by her sister Patricia.

A memorial mass will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 10:00am in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 740 Cherry Street, West Reading.
