Ruth Watkins

Ruth J. "Jackie" Watkins, 44, of Reading, passed away July 20, 2013 in the Reading Hospital. Born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Julio Ortiz, Sr. and Aida Henry. She was also the wife of Minister Timothy Watkins. Jackie was employed at Taco Bell on 5th Street, Reading as a cashier in the Drive-thru. She was a member of Faith Temple United Holy Church of America, Reading. Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter: Turqoise M. Lembric, Shillington; a son Lewis Lembric IV, Shillington and granddaughter Kaliyah Canyon. There are also 8 brothers: Julio A. Ortiz, Jr., Julito R. Ortiz, Juan Velasquez, Louis Velasquez, Santos Tito Velasquez, Santos Papa Velasquez, Antonio Velasquez, Roberto Velasquez and a sister Felisita Velasquez.
