Rosa M. Peralta, 85, Reading, died April 1 at 7:54 p.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., West Reading.
She was predeceased by her husband, Benjamin Liriano.
Born in the Dominican Republic, she was a daughter of the late Luis M. Peralta and Jenerosa Baret.
Peralta was a former teacher in the Dominican Republic.
She was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Reading.
Surviving are two daughters, Ana (Liriano Peralta) Saldivar, Jersey City, N.J., and Sunilda Liriano Peralta, Miami; and five sons: Jose A. Liriano Peralta and Diego Liriano Peralta, both of Reading; Ramon E. Liriano Peralta, Bronx, N.Y.; Daniel Liriano Peralta, in Maryland; and Francisco Liriano Peralta, Dominican Republic.
Other survivors include five brothers: Pedro A. and Porfirio Baret, both of Bayonne, N.Y.; and Genaro, Juan and Rafael A. Baret, all of New York City.
Also surviving are three sisters: Ramona Baret, Ana Baret and Margarita Baret, all of New York City.
There are also 18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Peter's Church. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
