Rodney L. Gantz, 50, Reading, died Dec. 27 at 5:45 a.m. in the emergency room of Reading Hospital.
He was the husband of Jillaine H. (Katzaman) Gantz.
Born in Reading, he was a son of Joan (Ruoss) Gantz, Sinking Spring, and the late Frederick Gantz.
Gantz had been employed as a cashier by Mari's Six Pac & Mor, Reading.
He was a 1972 graduate of Reading High School.
Gantz is also survived by a son, Andrew A., Reading.
Other survivors include a brother, Michael; and two sisters, Donna (Gantz) Cline and Barbara (Gantz) Erb, all of Reading.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc.
