Robert Williamson

Robert L. Willie Williamson, 75, of Laureldale, passed away November 20, 2011 at 11:06 am in his residence of natural causes. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Trump) Williamson. Born in Hamburg he was the son of the late Franklin and Mabel (Yerger) Kummerer. He was employed by Hill Manufacturing as a welder for 35 years and then by Reading Broadcasting in the maintenance department for 8 years retiring in 2008. Mr. Williamson served in the United States Air Force during Korea and Vietnam. In addition to his wife he is survived by his son Lynn A. husband of Barbara L. (Blatt) Williamson of Mohrsville and his daughter Cynthia A. wife of Michael P. Sobiesiak of Jonestown. He is also survived by his granddaughters Jennifer L. Williamson and Amber L. Sobiesiak. Also surviving is his sister Jean wife of Donald Riegel of Hamburg and his life long friend Dennis Reber of Temple. Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his step mother Ethel Williamson and step father Earl Kummerer and his brother Charles Williamson.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Berks Visiting Nurses Association-Hospice 1170 Berkshire Blvd. Wyomissing, PA 19610 in memory of Mr. Robert L. Williamson.

Cemetery:
Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorial Service will be held in St. Thomas Church 536 North Main Street Bernville Saturday November 26, 2011 at 10:30 am.
