Richard R. Williams, 80, of Exeter Twp., passed away on November 29, 2017 at The Reading Hospital.
Born in Muhlenberg Twp., he was the son of the late Harold and Pearl (Miller) Williams. He was predeceased by his wife Elaine F. Williams.
Survivors include his children: Scott K. Williams and Holly D. Williams; grandchildren: Amanda J. Becker, Tabitha N. Edwards, Matthew Williams, Shane Kuzniar, and Brittany Schell. Also surviving are 6 great-grandchildren.
