Oceola "Jackie" Wilderson, 93, of Reading, passed away Friday, October 2, 2009 at Manor Care, Laureldale, where she had been a patient since 2005.
Born in Hattiesburg, Miss., she was the daughter of the late Thomas Jones and Pearl (Holloway) Jones, and widow of the late Lawrence J. Wilderson, who passed away in 1984.
She is survived by her son: Larry R. Wilderson, husband of Deborah Wilderson of Reading.
There are also grandchildren: Leslie and Erika; great grandchildren: Stanley, Kimora, Khalil, Elisah, Jaqobi, Yaminah, and Jalia; and a great granddaughter: Trinity.
Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, Reading, are in charge of arrangements.
