Natale DeFazio, 80, of Reading, died June 12 at 6:26 a.m. in Reading Hospital, where he had been a patient for one day. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Antonio and Maria (Gigliotti) DeFazio.
DeFazio had been employed for 20 years in maintenance by Crompton & Knowles, Gibraltar, retiring in 1986.
He is survived by a daughter, Maria C. (DeFazio) Hill, Reading, and a brother, Frank, Reading.
There are also seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He was predeceased by three sons: Gregory N., in 2002; Michael A., in 1993; and Andrew J., in 2003.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
