Milagro F. Leas, 31, died of natural causes Jan. 7 at 4:25 a.m. in her residence on Dwight Street, Spring Township.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of Pearl H. (Schweitzer) Torres, with whom she resided.
Leas was employed for six years as a nursing assistant by Berks Heim, last working in 1999.
She received a general equivalency diploma from Reading Area Community College.
Leas is also survived by two sisters, Kim M. (Leas) Santiago and Ilma S. (Leas) Hernandez, both of Reading; and five brothers: Eric S. Leas, Lebanon; Edward J. Leas, Exeter Township; Manuel L. Leas, Allentown; Jim L. Leas, Reading; and Victor E. Leas, Shillington; and a stepsister, Joyce Torres, Reading.
Other survivors include her stepfather, Roberto Torres, at home.
Services will be private. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
