Matthew A. Rissmiller, 38, of Birdsboro, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 5:14 p.m. at the Reading Hospital & Medical Center.
Born in Reading, he was the son of James E. Rissmiller and Nancy C. (Ferreri) Rissmiller of Mohnton.
He was the husband of Koren L. (Schlipf) Rissmiller, at home.
He was a 1989 graduate of Exeter High School, and last worked for Faddis Concrete Products in Kutztown.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by a son: Ethan J. Rissmiller of Birdsboro.
There is also a sister: Stephanie C. (Rissmiller) Barton of Narvon, PA; and two brothers: James E. Rissmiller Jr. of Mohnton, and Michael S. Rissmiller of Exeter Twp., and nieces and nephews.
He was pre deceased by a daughter: Hayley Rissmiller, who passed away in March of 2003.
Services from St. Gabriel's Episcopal Church, 1188 Ben. Franklin Hwy E. (Rte 422)in Douglassville, Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Canon Calvin C. Adams officiating. Interment in Chelten Hills Cemetery, Philadelphia. Friends received Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Church.
