Maritza "Cuca" Diaz, 40, died of natural causes March 4 at 11:30 p.m. in her residence in Reading.
Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of Angel Luis Diaz, Holyoke, Mass., and Nilsa Rosario, Reading
Diaz was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church, Reading.
She is also survived by two brothers, Nelson Diaz, Reading, and Angel Diaz Jr., Holyoke; and four sisters: Aixsa, Jackie and Cindy Diaz, all of Reading; and Felicita Diaz, Springfield, Mass.
Other survivors include her stepfather, Ruder Rosario, Reading.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Mount Zion Baptist Church. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
