Born June 11, 1923, Reading PA. Married Joseph A. Braun on May 1, 1943 in Chicago IL. Joseph died July 11, 2002. Marie retired from City Hall Water Dept. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Ann Snyder and her son, James Joseph Braun. Her grandchildren Michael Stump married to Dawn, Michele Braun, Marcy Owens, James Braun Jr. married to Julie and Melanee Stump. Great-Grandchildren are Jessica Stoddart, Ashlee Stanley, Jordin Braun, Nicole Stump, Cassy Owens, Athena Braun, Mya Seibert, Crissa Owens & Addison Braun.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church 3121 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, PA 19605, Monday, January 30, 2017 at 10:00 am. Reverend Monsignor Dennis T. Hartgen, Celebrant. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends in Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church Monday 9:00-9:45 am.
