Margaret Redcay

Margaret J. Redcay, 85, formerly of Reading, died Oct. 22 at 5:20 a.m. in Phoenixville Hospital, where she had been a patient five days.
She was taken to the hospital from the Montgomery County Geriatric Center, Royersford.
Her husband, Douglas L. Redcay, died in 1993.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late William Wismer and Mabel (Snovel) Wismer Schroeder.
Redcay was employed for 30 years as a cashier in the cafeteria at Reading High School, retiring in 1977.
Surviving is a cousin, Janet Bauman, Collegeville, Montgomery County.
She was predeceased by a son, William Redcay, in 1968.
Graveside services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
