Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence W. and LaRue A. (Muringer) Sweitzer.
High is survived by two sisters, Lori M. (Sweitzer) Beam and Kathy L. (Sweitzer) Knott, both of Reading.
Services will be private. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
