Linda Moser

Linda L. Moser, 74, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 2:15 am in Manor Care Health Services, Muhlenberg Township. She was the wife of the late William R. Moser, Sr. who passed away August 29, 2014. Born in Reading, Mrs. Moser was the daughter of the late Henry and Mabel(Kramer) Mengel. She was a 1961 graduate of Reading High School and was a member of the former St. Thomas United Church of Christ in Reading and currently was attending St. John's (Gernant's) Church. Mrs. Moser is survived by her children Michael L. Moser, husband of Cheryl Moser of Muhlenberg Township; Nathan L. Moser, husband of Trisha Moser of Mohrsville; Lora L. Maddox, wife of Joe Maddox of Exeter Township and Nicole M. Holland, wife of David Holland of Exeter Township. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and was preceded in death by her son William R. Moser, Jr. Mrs. Moser is also survived by her sister Betty C.Mengel of Muhlenberg Township.
Funeral Service will be held in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home 444 North 9th Street, Reading Monday, February 12, 2018 at 12 Noon. Reverend Frances M. Merkel will officiate. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Monday 11:00 am to 12 Noon.
