Kenneth Sweitzer

Kenneth R. Sweitzer, 71, died of natural causes Dec. 7 at 9:40 a.m. in his residence in Reading.
He was the husband of Ann M. Sweitzer.
Born in Mohnton, he was a son of the late William M. and Laura Edna (Grimes) Sweitzer.
Sweitzer was employed for 23 years as a carpenter by Rachlin Furniture of Wernersville, retiring in 1991.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Sweitzer is also survived by two daughters, Tracy A. (Sweitzer) Neiheiser, Birdsboro, and Karyn E. (Sweitzer) Kersheski, Exeter Township; and a son, Kenneth R. Jr., Reading.
Other survivors include eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. in the Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be in Mohnsville Cemetery, Mohnton.
