Kathryn Williams

April 22, 1939 — March 17, 2004

Kathryn E. Williams, 64, of Bernhart Avenue, Muhlenberg Township, died of natural causes March 17 at 8:10 a.m. in the Wyomissing Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Reading, where she had resided two days.

Her husband, Harold W. Williams, died in February 1992.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Miriam (Kline) Schwarz.

Williams was employed for two years by Jack O'Reilly's Tuxedo Rental, Muhlenberg Township.

She was a graduate of Wilson High School.

Surviving are two daughters, Cindy A. Williams, Fleetwood, and Kathy L. (Williams) Arentz, Muhlenberg Township; and three sons: Larry W., Miami; Michael L., Reading; and Gary G., Fleetwood.

Other survivors include a brother, Albert H. Schwarz, Tamaqua; and five sisters: Carolyn P. (Schwarz) Cirulli, Laureldale; Alberta K. (Schwarz) Eberhart, Florence M. (Schwarz) Williams and Dorothy M. (Schwarz) Frankhouser, all of Reading; and Theresa E. (Schwarz) Sheidy, Wernersville.

There are also three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township.
