Kathleen R. Brennan, 63, of Shillington, passed away November 16, 2013 in the Reading Hospital. Born in Minersville, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Julia (Reynolds) Brennan. Kathleen was psychiatric Nurse at St. Joseph Medical Center and most recently was a self-employed therapist. Surviving are 2 daughters
