Joseph Marshall Rader, 80, of East Earl, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at his home. He was the loving husband to Carmen L. (Torres). Born in Jersey City. NJ, Joseph was the son of the late George Rader and Mary (McEnearney). Joseph served in the United States Army.

In addition to his wife Carmen, Joseph is survived by his 3 stepchildren and 7 grandchildren.
