Israel Solis Millan, 56, of Philadelphia passed away November 3, 2010 at 3:43 am in Mercy Hospital, Philadelphia. Born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Jose Solis and Aleja Millan. He is survived by his sisters Hilda Solis of Reading and Rosa Solis of Puerto Rico. Services from Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home 444 North 9th Street, Reading Monday, Novmeber 8, 2010 at 10:00 am. Pastor Jose Montalvo officiating. Interment St. Agnes Cemetery, West Chester. The family will receive friends Monday 9-10:00 am.
