Herbert Frazier,Jr.

Herbert L. Frazier, Jr., 72, of Reading, passed away July 19, 2009 at 4:37 am in his residence of natural causes.He was the husband of the late Meryl C. (Hoffert)Frazier who passed away January 17, 2008. Born in Bristol, he was the son of the late Herbert L., Sr. and Anna Frazier. Mr. Frazier was employed by Pep Boys of Reading as a salesman for 35 years, retiring in 1999. He was a United States Army veteran. He is survived by a step-daughter, Donna L. (Schlaybach) wife of Timothy D. Lovell of Bowmansville and a step-son Larry J. husband of Paulette Schlaybach of Newmanstown, along with 9 step grandchildren; 24 step great grandchildren and 2 step great great grandchildren. Services from Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home 444 North 9th Street, Reading, Wednesday at 11:00 am. Rev. Jonathan Yoder officiating. Interment Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday 10-11:00 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Heart Association 625 West Ridge Pike Suite A100, Conshohocken, PA 19428 in memory of Mr. Herbert L. Frazier, Jr.
