Harry Hommas

Harry R. Hommas, 97, formerly of Mulberry Street, died March 22 at 10 a.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., West Reading, where he had resided since March 1996.
His wife, Stella M. (Pflum) Hommas, died Aug. 18, 1968.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late John and Ida M. (Richards) Hommas.
Hommas was employed for 31 years as a machinist by the Reading Co., retiring in June 1972.
Surviving is a son, Kenneth H., Littleton, Colo.
Other survivors include a brother, Richard, Temple; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton.
