Gerald J. OA�a�a��Reilly, 74, Birdsboro, died Aug. 13, 2007, at 4 p.m. in his residence. His wife, Laura (Baum) OA�a�a��Reilly, passed away in 2003.
Born May 27, 1933, in Reading, he was a son of the late Anthony OA�a�a��Reilly and Anna (Burns) OA�a�a��Reilly.
He was employed as a foreman in the shipping and receiving department of the former Hub Fabricating, Exeter Township, retiring in 1997.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Douglassville, and the Birdsboro Fire Company.
He was a life member of the Birdsboro VFW.
An Army veteran of the Korean War, he received the following awards: Korean Service Medal with three bronze campaign stars, United Nations Medal, Presidential Unit Citation and Army of Occupational Medal.
Surviving are a daughter, Michelle F. OA�a�a��Reilly, Reiffton; and four sons: Rodney J., Boyertown; Gregory G., Melbourne, Australia; David P., St. Petersburg, Fla.; and Jeffrey Q., at home.
Other survivors include a sister, Barbara (OA�a�a��Reilly) McGuire, Reading; and three brothers: Anthony and John OA�a�a��Reilly, both of Reading; and Bernard, Glendale, Calif.
There are also eight grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc., with Msgr. Voltare Rono officiating. Viewing will be 9 to 10 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
