Gerald Keim

Gerald N. A�a�A"ShortyA�a�A� Keim, 66, of Reading, passed away November 11, 2008 at 1:45 PM in VA Medical Center, Lebanon, where he was a patient for 9 weeks. He was the loving husband of Darlene (DePasquale) Keim. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Norman and Kathryn (Dunkelberger) Keim. He was a graduate of Reading High School and Monmouth College. Gerald served in the Air Force as a radar technician, so it is only fitting he would leave us on Veterans Day. He will be missed by many but never forgotten and loved always. Go Eagles. He was employed for 20 years as a quality control inspector by Reading Tube Inc. until his retirement in July of 2003. Surviving in addition to his wife are 5 children Lisa, Shelly, David, Michael and Rose, 7 grandchildren Ricky, Todd, Justin, Jessie, Jake, Robert and Kyle, 4 great grandchildren, 2 brothers Barry and Donald, a sister Gloria and a loving grand dog Mr. Homie.
