Services for George A. Leisey, 75, of North Fourth Street will be Friday at 1 p.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
Leisey was pronounced dead Jan. 20 at 6:21 p.m. in Reading Hospital after his car slammed into a tree in Wyomissing, officials said.
He was the husband of Doris A. (Baker) Leisey.
Born in West Reading, he was a son of the late George A. Leisey Sr. and Dorothy (Moyer) Leisey.
Leisey was employed for 31 years as an assembler by Rockwell International, Wyomissing, retiring in1989.
He was a Navy veteran.
Leisey was a graduate of West Reading High School.
He is also survived by a daughter, Sandra A. (Leisey) Quigg, York.
Other survivors include a brother, Richard M. Leisey, Greenville, Ohio; a half sister, Bonita L. Leisey, Lancaster; and a stepbrother, Richard G. Leisey, Blandon.
There are also three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a son, David G. Leisey, in 1992, and by a daughter, Susan L. (Leisey) Santiago, in 1999.
