Francis Lawlor

Francis J. A�a�A"CaseyA�a�A� Lawlor, 78, formerly of Hampden Boulevard, died Aug. 13 at 10:10 a.m. in his residence on Northwest 71st Street, Coconut Creek, Fla.
His wife, Mary A. (Richards) Lawlor, died April 8, 1994.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Andrew F. and Catherine I. (Callahon) Lawlor.
Lawlor was employed from 1955 to 1970 by ARA Vending, Reading, and was last employed as office manager by the Berkshire Country Club from 1971 until his retirement in 1985.
He was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Reading.
Lawlor was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was treasurer of the Mountain Springs Association for 18 years until 1995.
Surviving are a daughter, Francine M. (Lawlor) Kelly, with whom he resided; and two sons, Andrew F., Dexter, Mich., and Dr. Leonard R., Memphis, Tenn.
Other survivors include two brothers, Paul V., Reading, and Bernard, in New Jersey; and a sister, Mary R. (Lawlor) Hess, Reading.
There are also six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
