Florence E. (Perry) Shadler, 86, Bern Township, died Feb. 22, 2007, at 6:15 p.m.
Born Jan. 26, 1921, in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Arlington C. and Gertrude M. Perry.
She worked as a sewing machine operator at the former Helmur, Reading.
Surviving are a daughter, Darlene M. Diaz, Lancaster; and a son, Robert S. Aldinger, Henderson, Ky.
Services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, 444 N. Ninth St., Reading, with the Rev. John F. Otto Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Friends will be received Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home.
