Flora B. Walters, 84, of Reading, passed away on August 1, 2017 at Manor Care Laureldale. Born in Boyertown, she was the daughter of the late William P. and Bertha (Babb) Reitnauer. She is survived by her children: Kitty Sue LeVan of Emmaus, PA; Kathryn A. Stewartz of Stowe; and Laurie Beth Smith of Reading. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
