Emma Coulouris

Emma D. Lerch Coulouris, 86, formerly of Perkiomen Avenue, died May 28 at 3 a.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., Muhlenberg Township.

Her husband, Peter Coulouris, died in 1981. Her first husband, Paul J. Lerch, died in 1958.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Philip and Philomena (Churico) Bostrom.

Coulouris had been employed for 37 years as an assembler by Willson Safety Products Division Inc., Reading, retiring in 1975.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Reading.

Coulouris is survived by a daughter, Dorothy E. (Lerch) Churico, San Diego, and a son, Alfred W. Lerch, Tucson, Ariz.

There are also 11 grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Violet E. (Lerch) Rutt, on Jan. 27, 2000.

Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be in Schwarzwald Cemetery, Jacksonwald.
