Elsie M. Zimmerman, 87, of North 13th Street, died Oct. 24 at 10:46 a.m. in her residence.
She was the wife of Fred B. Zimmerman.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Luther and Mary E. (Gantz) Witmyer.
Zimmerman was a member of St. Stephens United Church of Christ, Reading.
She is also survived by two sons, LeRoy A., in Delaware, and Donald L., Allentown.
There are also 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, Fred B. Jr., in October 1998.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc.
