Dorothy M. Houck, 86, formerly of Kulptown, died May 15 at 4:25 a.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., West Reading, where she had resided eight months.
Her husband, Marvyleon Houck, died Nov. 15, 1998.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin F. and Jeanette (Manning) Helms.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, William Houck, in 1989.
Services will be today at noon in the Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery.
