Services for Donovan R. Ballesteros, 12, of Reading will be Tuesday at 8 p.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc.
Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
Ballesteros was pronounced dead June 24 in Lehigh Valley Hospital near Allentown, where he had been a patient since being struck by a car June 18 on Moss Street in the city, officials said.
Born in Pomona, Calif., he was a son of Ruben Ballesteros and Marta P. Perez.
Ballesteros was a sixth-grade student at 10th and Penn Elementary School.
He was a member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, Reading.
Also surviving is a sister, Deborah E. Ballesteros, at home, and two brothers, Derby D. Ballesteros, at home, and Jose M. Lopez, Reading.
