David Anselm, Sr

David R. Anselm, Sr., 70, of Reading, passed away April 21, 2010 at 8:20 am in St. Joseph Medical Center. He was the husband of Virginia L. (Hein) Anselm. Born in Swedeland, PA, he was the son of the late Carl and Laura(Virden) Anselm. He was a HVAC technician for Sunoco in Philadelphia. Mr. Anselm will be best know for his love for his family, sense of humor and family vacations. In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughters, Wendy L. wife of Mark S. Ciferri of Muhlenberg Township and Sara L. wife of William R. Collins, III of Sanatoga. He was preceded in death by his son, David R. Anselm in March of 2008. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Laura R. wife of Ricardo A. Carzado, Adam D. Ciferri, Tyler D. Anselm, Alexander R. Collins and Morgan E. Collins. Also surviving is his brother Robert V. Anselm of Norristown and was preceded in death by his brother Charles A. Anselm. Memorial service will be held in Victory Baptist Church, 1059 Victory Circle, Reading, PA 19606 Saturday at 3:00 pm. Pastor John Conover officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
