Catherine Dell

Catherine T. Dell, 82, of Reading, passed away November 1, 2010 in St. Joseph Medical Center. Born in Reading she was the daughter of the late C. Raymond and Cecilia C. (Buser) Dell. She was a graduate of St. Paul's RC school, 1947 graduate of Central Catholic High School, attended Assumption College and Wharton School of Business. Ms. Dell was employed as a long distance operator for Bell Telephone, Assistant Manager for Diamond Bros. in Reading and Controller for Ciotti Food Centers from 1960-1974. She was a member of St. Paul's RCC, Reading Liederkranz, Victor Emmanuel Society, and past member of National Association of Accountants. She is survived by her brothers Joseph A. husband of Angela T. Dell of Lower Heidelberg Township, Francis X. Dell of Oxnard, CA and her sister Marie C. Ciotti of Reading. She was preceded in death by her brothers Edward, Raymond, Bernard and Thomas. Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be celebrated in St. Paul's RCC 151 North 9th Street Reading, PA 19601 Saturday at 10:00 am. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday 9-9:45 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Paul's RCC Memorial Fund at the above address in memory of Ms. Catherine T. Dell.
