Carmela Jerez

Carmela Guzman Jerez, 87, of Reading, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 9:10 pm in Reading Hospital. She was the wife of the late Elpidio Vazquez. Born in Dominican Republic, Mrs. Jerez was the daughter of the late Ramon Guzman and Maria Jerez. She is survived by her children Carmen Vazquez, wife of Hector B. Garcia; Fredy Vazquez; Juan Vazquez and was preceded in death by Andres Vazquez and Nelson Vazquez. Also surviving are her grandchildren Ana Garcia, wife of Jason DaLessio; Yudelkis Garcia, wife of Juan Carlos Diaz Garcia; Deyanira Garcia Oliver Rosario and Angela Garcia, wife of Jose Nunez and great grandchildren Andres M. Delgado; Caroline Delgado; Jason DaLessio, Jr.; Alfredo Garavito; Jayaliana Dalecio; Kassandra Dalecio; Jennifer Sanchez Garcia; Leslie Mercedes and Anderson de la Paz. She is also survived by her siblings Elena Guzman and Nino Guzman and preceded in death by 9 siblings.
