Bruce Monyer

Bruce R. Monyer, 65, of Ontelaunee Twp., passed away April 12, 2013. He was the husband of Jacqueline A. (Edwards) Monyer for 30 years. Born in Reading on October 31, 1947 he was a son to the late Howard and Mary (Kochel) Monyer. Bruce was a 1965 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School. He was employed as a painter by the Painter's Union Local for 15 years retiring in 2010. Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter Brandy L. Monyer of Reading; a son Damon B. Monyer of San Diego, CA; 2 grandchildren Mia Betancourt and Christian Betancourt; and 2 brothers Lynn Monyer of Albuquerque, NM and Scott Monyer of Seligman, AZ and a step son Matt Giles.
