Bruce W. Fisher, 56, died of natural causes Aug. 26 at 3:44 p.m. in his Muhlenberg Township residence.
He was the husband of Susan E. (McDonald) Fisher.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late John M. and Mary L. (Bowman) Fisher.
Fisher had been employed as a painter by Uhrig's Professional Painting, Paper-hanging & Carpentry, Reading, retiring in 1995. He previously worked for 15 years at William Eckert Contracting Co., Reading and for 15 years in maintenance for Bean Funeral Homes Inc., Reading.
He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Gibraltar.
Fisher is also survived by a daughter, Jodie L. Fisher, Exeter Township, and a stepson, Mark J. Spinka, Muhlenberg Township.
There are also two stepgrandchildren.
Memorial services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in St. John's Church. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
