Barry Bean, Sr

Barry T. Bean, Sr., 51, of Reading, passed away July 30, 2009 at 7:02 pm in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He is survived by his Loving Wife Lori M. (Sweitzer) Bean. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Edwin and Lillian(Orrs) Bean. He was a painting contractor last employed by Becker Painting. He had a love for motorcycles. Mr. Bean was a Loving Father to sons, Barry T. Jr. husband of Heather L. Bean at home; Bradley T. husband of Elizabeth M. Bean at home; Barry Roeder of Wernersville and his daughter Tracey DiGardi of Exeter Township. He was preceded in death by his son Brian T. Bean in 1993. Mr. Bean was a Loving Grandfather to Barry T. III; Chloey M.; Bradley T. Jr.; Nicole; Heather. He is also survived by his sisters, Thelma J. wife of Donald E. Cavallo of Reading and Ethel M. Dietrich of Fleetwood along with his sister-in-law, Kathy L. wife of Norbert Knott of Shillington. He was preceded in death by his brother Edwin Bean, December 8, 2007. Services from Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home, 444 North 9th Street, Reading Wednesday at 2:00 pm. Interment Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday 1-2:00 pm.
