Andrew A. Trumbore, 47, formerly of Reading, died Dec. 24 at 9:56 a.m. in his Stroudsburg, Monroe County, residence.
The cause of death is under investigation by the Monroe County coroner's office.
Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of Dorothy M. (Marvin) Trumbore, Reading, and the late Richard V. Trumbore.
Trumbore had been last employed in the deli of ShopRite supermarket, Stroudsburg. He previously worked as a social worker in the St. Catharine and LaSalle Roman Catholic parishes, Albany, N.Y.
He was a graduate of Broom High School, New Castle, Lawrence County; received a bachelor's degree in social work from Binghamton Community College, N.Y.; and his master's degree in science from the University of Albany.
Trumbore is also survived by a brother, David J., Reading; and two sisters, Patricia Ann (Trumbore) Adams, Reading, and Robin A. (Trumbore) Lehrman, St. Petersburg, Fla.
Other survivors include his maternal grandmother, Dorothy (Wenrich) Ruth, Reading.
Memorial services will be Monday at 5 p.m. in Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc.
