Services for Alvin A. Fuentes, 2, who died Aug. 27 at 4:04 p.m. in Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, will be held in the Dominican Republic.
Burial will be in Municiple Cemetery, Higuey, Dominican Republic. Whelan Schwartz Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
Fuentes was flown to Children's Hospital after he fell from a second-floor window in his Chestnut Street residence and suffered severe head injuries a day earlier. Death-ruling information was unavailable.
Born in West Reading, he was a son of Leonilda Garrido, at home, and Alberto Fuentes, Reading.
He is also survived by a brother, Adonis, at home; his paternal grandfather, Alberto, Puerto Rico; and his paternal grandmother, Carmen Rosario, of the Dominican Republic.
